This Breath & Sound Bath is held in the Spirit of Vocal Reclamation. The space is an intentionally queer safe space, held by two queer practitioners. All voices are welcome to join, but we are enthusiastically holding this space for trans & queer folx who want to deepen their relationship to their voice & vocal authority. We will be working with two of the most powerful forms & teachers of vocal healing, Breath & Sound. You will need to bring your own blanket/mat and any additional comfort items you desire.
Aria (she/her), a trans woman, voice teacher, choir director, and sound healer, has worked with voices all her life. Having gone through her own voice reclamation, she now focuses her energies on helping other queer individuals navigate reclaiming their vocal power, truth, and authenticity.
Pax (they/them) is a Breathwork Practitioner & Singer who enjoys navigating the intricate relationship between breath, sound & authenticity. In their practice, they love to hold space for folx who are learning how to step more deeply into their truth, grieve + integrate their repressed selves, take back their power, and begin meaningful relational navigation through boundary work.
