"I gave a sound healing session to my wife for Christmas, and it was an amazing experience!  When we arrived, Aria was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. She made sure we were comfortable (having a blanket is a good idea since you're going to be lying still for an hour+) and then invited us to close our eyes, relax, and enter into this experience with an intention. 

Then we were surrounded--enveloped!--by an amazing range of sounds from myriad instruments. Some I felt more than heard. It was like being wrapped in a cocoon of warmth. 

When we spoke after the session concluded, there was overlap in my wife's and my experiences, but they weren't identical. 

I would very much encourage couples to try this experience. It was beautiful, relaxing, restorative--all much needed in our world today."
